The Most Sophisticated Psychological Operation in Human History
INTRODUCTION: The Perfect Trick
For 2,500 years, the most violent acts in Western history have been committed by people citing “God’s Word.”
The Crusades. Popes citing scripture to slaughter Muslims.
Native American Genocide. Christians citing scripture to exterminate indigenous peoples.
The Inquisition. Church authorities citing scripture to burn “heretics.”
Colonial Slavery. Scripture used to justify owning human beings.
Modern Conflicts. Scripture cited to justify ongoing violence.
How is this possible when Jesus taught “love your enemies”?
Because the Bible contains commands from BOTH sides of the cosmic war – and nobody will say which is which.
This article proves that the Bible packages Angra Mainyu’s (the adversary’s) genocide commands alongside Ahura Mazda’s (the creator’s) wisdom, creating a weapon that can justify anything while claiming divine authority.
And it was done intentionally.
PART 1: THE TWO GODS IN ONE BOOK
The Contradiction Everyone Sees But Nobody Explains
Old Testament Yahweh:
- “Kill alike men and women, infants and sucklings” (1 Samuel 15:3)
- “Show them no mercy” (Deuteronomy 7:2)
- “Punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation” (Exodus 20:5)
- Sends plagues killing firstborn children (Exodus 12:29)
- Opens earth to swallow people alive (Numbers 16:32)
- Demands constant blood sacrifice (Leviticus – throughout)
Jesus (New Testament):
- “Love your enemies” (Matthew 5:44)
- “God is love” (1 John 4:8)
- “For God so loved the world” (John 3:16)
- “I desire mercy, not sacrifice” (Matthew 9:13)
- “Put away your sword” (Matthew 26:52)
- “The kingdom of God is within you” (Luke 17:21)
The Standard Explanations Don’t Work
They say:
- “Old Testament = Law, New Testament = Grace”
- “Jesus fulfilled the Old Covenant”
- “We can’t understand God’s ways”
- “Different dispensations”
But these don’t explain:
- Why the characteristics are opposite (genocide vs. love)
- Why Jesus directly contradicted OT commands (“You have heard it said… but I tell you”)
- Why keeping genocide commands in “scripture” enables violence
- Why the transformation happened during Persian contact (not at Jesus)
What Actually Happened: Two Different Deities
As we’ve documented in previous articles:
Pre-Exile Yahweh (before 586 BCE) matches Zoroastrian Angra Mainyu (the adversary):
- Commands genocide of children
- Demands blood sacrifice
- Tribal and divisive
- Wrathful and jealous
- Uses deception
- Collective punishment
- Sends destruction
Post-Exile Yahweh / Jesus matches Zoroastrian Ahura Mazda (the benevolent creator):
- Universal love
- Opposes blood sacrifice
- For all humanity
- Upholds truth (Asha)
- Individual free will
- Non-violent
- Creator of light
The Bible contains commands from the adversary AND the creator, packaged as one “God.”
PART 2: THE PHARISEES’ BRILLIANT TRAP
What They Did During the Babylonian Exile (586-539 BCE)
Before Capture:
- Jews worshipped deity with Angra Mainyu characteristics
- Genocide, blood sacrifice, tribal violence
70 Years in Babylon/Persia:
- Educated by Zoroastrian Magi
- Learned Ahura Mazda (creator) vs. Angra Mainyu (adversary)
- Daniel became Chief of Magi (Rab-Mag) – admitted in Daniel 2:48, 5:11
- Realized their deity had adversary characteristics
What They Should Have Done:
- Acknowledge: “We were worshipping the wrong side”
- Honor the Magi who showed us the difference
- Abandon adversary commands completely
- Follow only Ahura Mazda wisdom
What They Actually Did:
- Imported Ahura Mazda characteristics onto “Yahweh”
- Created “Satan” to theoretically hold adversary traits
- But KEPT the Old Testament genocide commands in scripture
- Wrote propaganda (Esther, Daniel) to hide Persian source
- Result: Created a text containing BOTH sides
Why Keep the Adversary’s Commands?
Three strategic reasons:
1. Couldn’t Completely Abandon Old Scriptures
- Would cause rebellion (“You’re destroying our heritage!”)
- People were attached to traditional texts
- Solution: Keep them but add “new covenant” interpretation
2. Maintains Pharisaic Power
- “We have the oral tradition to interpret correctly”
- Common people need us to tell them which parts apply
- Creates dependence on priestly class
3. Creates a Weapon That Justifies Anything
- Need to inspire war? → Quote Joshua/Judges/Samuel
- Need to make peace? → Quote Jesus/Isaiah (post-Exile portions)
- Need ethnic cleansing? → Quote Deuteronomy
- Need mercy? → Quote Sermon on Mount
By packaging both, they created the ultimate control mechanism: Scripture that supports ANY agenda depending on which passages you emphasize.
PART 3: 2,500 YEARS OF VIOLENCE – THE RECEIPTS
How Adversary Commands Were Cited As “God’s Will”
The academic evidence is overwhelming that Old Testament genocide commands have been used to justify atrocities throughout history.
The Crusades (1095-1291 CE)
What Happened: Pope Urban II launched First Crusade in 1095 CE. Christian armies slaughtered Muslims, Jews, and “heretics” across Europe and the Holy Land.
What They Cited: “When instigating the First Crusade, Pope Urban II considered Muslims to be Amalek”
Amalek refers to 1 Samuel 15:2-3:
“Thus says the LORD of hosts: ‘I will punish Amalek for what he did to Israel… Now go and attack Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and do not spare them. But kill both man and woman, infant and nursing child, ox and sheep, camel and donkey.'”
The Command:
- Genocide of men, women, infants, nursing babies
- Complete destruction
- No mercy
- Kill even the animals
Scholars note: “Such genocide, including even the youngest of children, is morally abhorrent”
But when packaged as “God’s command,” people obeyed.
Result: Massacres of Jerusalem (1099 CE) where Crusaders killed Muslims and Jews indiscriminately, including children.
Native American Genocide (1500s-1800s CE)
What Happened: European colonization of Americas resulted in systematic genocide of indigenous peoples.
What They Cited: “U.S. Christians equated Native Americans with Amalek in order to justify genocide”
The Same Command: 1 Samuel 15:3 – Kill men, women, children, infants
Additional Citations: Deuteronomy 7:1-2:
“When the LORD your God brings you into the land you are entering to possess and drives out before you many nations… you must destroy them totally. Make no treaty with them, and show them no mercy.”
Colonists said: “God commanded Israel to exterminate the Canaanites. We are the new Israel. Native Americans are the new Canaanites. Therefore God commands us to exterminate them.”
Result: Estimates of 56-100 million indigenous deaths from violence, disease, and displacement.
They cited the adversary’s commands and called it God’s will.
The Inquisition (1478-1834 CE)
What Happened: Catholic Church systematically tortured and executed “heretics,” Jews, Muslims, and accused “witches.”
What They Cited: Deuteronomy 17:2-5:
“If a man or woman… has worshiped other gods… you must take the man or woman who has done this evil deed to your city gate and stone that person to death.”
Result: Thousands burned alive, tortured, executed for religious “crimes.”
The adversary’s command to kill those who worship differently.
Slavery Justification (1600s-1800s CE)
What Happened: Transatlantic slave trade and American slavery of Africans.
What They Cited:
- Genesis 9:25 (Curse of Ham)
- Leviticus 25:44-46 (regulations for owning slaves)
- Ephesians 6:5 (“Slaves, obey your earthly masters”)
Result: 12.5 million Africans enslaved, millions died.
Using scripture containing adversary’s commands to justify owning humans.
Modern Conflicts (1900s-Present)
What Continues: “These texts project a model of the ways in which Israel should relate to its neighbors” – scholars note Old Testament genocide commands continue to influence modern conflicts.
Contemporary extremists still cite:
- Joshua’s conquest narrative
- “Holy war” passages
- “Promised land” ethnic cleansing commands
Result: Ongoing violence justified by scripture.
PART 4: THE ACADEMIC CONFESSION
Scholars Know The Commands Are Evil
Duke Center for Jewish Studies: “Such genocide, including even the youngest of children, is morally abhorrent; when we teach such texts, we must say so”
Scholar Christian Hofreiter: “God is good. The Bible is true. Genocide is atrocious. According to the Bible, God commanded and commended genocide. A good being, let alone the supremely good Being, would never command or commend an atrocity”
Genocide scholars: The Bible’s treatment of Canaanites “has also been described as genocidal, according to genocide scholars like Norman Naimark”
Journal of Genocide Research: Documents “violent biblical events” and the “application of genocide” in texts commanding complete destruction of peoples
But They Won’t Say What It Means
Scholars document:
- ✅ The commands are genocide
- ✅ Genocide is morally abhorrent
- ✅ These texts have been used to justify historical atrocities
- ✅ The commands conflict with “God is good”
But they WON’T say:
- ✗ These commands came from worshipping the adversary (Angra Mainyu characteristics)
- ✗ The transformation during Persian Exile shows Jews learned the difference
- ✗ These should be identified as adversary commands, not creator commands
- ✗ Keeping them in “scripture” enables ongoing violence
Why the silence?
Because saying it would require:
- Validating Zoroastrianism as the standard for good vs. evil
- Admitting Pre-Exile Israel worshipped the adversary
- Acknowledging Persia saved Judaism from following the wrong side
- Removing genocide commands from “sacred scripture”
- Complete theological reconstruction of Western religion
So they document the violence but won’t name it.
PART 5: JESUS TRIED TO STOP IT
What Jesus Actually Did
Jesus didn’t come to “fulfill” the Old Testament – he came to EXPOSE and REPLACE the adversary’s commands with the creator’s wisdom.
Direct Contradictions
Matthew 5:38-48 is a systematic dismantling of Old Testament commands:
OT: “Eye for eye, tooth for tooth” (Exodus 21:24)
Jesus: “But I tell you, do not resist an evil person” (Matthew 5:39)
OT: “Love your neighbor and hate your enemy” (implied in tribal warfare commands)
Jesus: “But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you” (Matthew 5:44)
He’s saying: “You’ve been following adversary commands. I’m teaching you the creator’s way.”
Opposing Blood Sacrifice
OT: Entire Leviticus system of animal blood sacrifice
Jesus: “I desire mercy, not sacrifice” (Matthew 9:13, quoting Hosea 6:6)
Zoroaster opposed blood sacrifice. Jesus did too. Because Ahura Mazda opposes it, Angra Mainyu demands it.
Exposing “Traditions of Men”
Mark 7:8:
“You leave the commandment of God and hold to the tradition of men”
What this means:
- “Commandment of God” = Original Torah (which had adversary characteristics)
- “Tradition of men” = What Pharisees learned from Persian Magi during Exile
Jesus was calling them out for:
- Learning Ahura Mazda characteristics from Persia
- But keeping adversary commands in scripture
- And hiding where the good teachings came from
He wanted complete defection: Abandon adversary entirely, acknowledge Persian source.
Why They Killed Him
Standard explanation: “He claimed to be God”
Actual reason: He was exposing that they’d switched sides in a cosmic war but kept the adversary’s commands active and hid the Persian teachers.
This threatened:
- Pharisaic authority (based on “oral tradition” = Persian learning)
- Temple system (built on adversary’s blood sacrifice model)
- Political stability (Roman cooperation required docile population)
- The entire cover-up (if he succeeded, Persia would be acknowledged)
So they killed him.
The Magi Knew
Matthew 2:1-12 – Zoroastrian priests traveled to honor infant Jesus
Why?
Because they recognized: “This child will complete what we started 500 years ago – teaching Ahura Mazda wisdom and exposing that the old deity had Angra Mainyu characteristics.”
The Magi validated Jesus’s mission because he was teaching their wisdom.
PART 6: CHRISTIANITY REPEATED THE TRICK
What Should Have Happened
After Jesus:
- Abandon Old Testament genocide commands entirely
- Teach only Ahura Mazda characteristics (what Jesus taught)
- Acknowledge the Zoroastrian source (the Magi recognized him)
- Create new scripture based on creator’s wisdom alone
What Actually Happened
Christianity:
- Kept the Old Testament (including genocide commands)
- Added Jesus’s teaching (Ahura Mazda characteristics)
- Called both “God’s Word” (packaged adversary + creator)
- Hid the Zoroastrian source (claimed “unique revelation”)
- Created same weapon the Pharisees created
The Result
Christianity became able to justify:
- War (cite Joshua, Judges, Samuel)
- Peace (cite Jesus, Matthew 5)
- Genocide (cite Deuteronomy, 1 Samuel 15)
- Mercy (cite Luke, John)
- Slavery (cite Leviticus 25)
- Abolition (cite Galatians 3:28)
- Crusades (cite “holy war” passages)
- Pacifism (cite Sermon on Mount)
By packaging both, Christianity inherited the weapon.
Islam Inherited It Too
Islam (622 CE onward):
- Honors Old Testament prophets
- Keeps concept of “holy war” (jihad)
- Also teaches mercy and compassion
- Same structure: Can justify war or peace depending on emphasis
Result: 4.3 billion people (2.4B Christian + 1.9B Muslim) with scriptures containing BOTH sides of the cosmic war.
PART 7: THE MECHANISM – HOW THE WEAPON WORKS
The Perfect Psychological Operation
By keeping adversary commands IN scripture alongside creator wisdom, they created:
1. Contradictory Authority
Example:
- Pastor A emphasizes Matthew 5 (love enemies) → Pacifism
- Pastor B emphasizes Joshua 6 (Jericho massacre) → Holy war
Both cite “God’s Word.”
Both claim biblical authority.
Both are “right” according to scripture.
Result: The text supports whatever the authority wants.
2. Selective Citation
Need to motivate violence?
- Emphasize Old Testament war narratives
- Minimize Jesus’s “love enemies”
- Call it “Old Testament justice”
Need to appear moral?
- Emphasize Jesus’s love teachings
- Minimize genocide commands
- Call them “difficult passages we don’t understand”
Result: Same text, opposite conclusions, both claim divine mandate.
3. Layered Interpretation
For common people:
- “Just have faith”
- “Trust church authority”
- “Don’t question scripture”
For scholars:
- “Covenantal theology”
- “Dispensationalism”
- “Hermeneutical frameworks”
But nobody says: “These are adversary commands. These are creator wisdom. Recognize which is which.”
4. Blame Deflection
When violence happens:
- “They misinterpreted”
- “Not true Christianity”
- “Extremists”
Never: “Maybe keeping genocide commands in ‘sacred scripture’ enables violence?”
PART 8: THE SMOKING GUN – THEY KNEW
The Dead Sea Scrolls Prove It
The Essenes – who openly acknowledged Zoroaster as “Teacher of Righteousness” – had:
- 50 copies of Book of Jubilees (Zoroastrian-influenced)
- 20 copies of Book of Enoch (angels, resurrection – Zoroastrian)
- ZERO copies of Book of Esther
Why no Esther?
Because Esther is anti-Persian propaganda (proven fiction, written 200-400 years after supposed events) that inverts Persian-Jewish relations.
The Essenes rejected it because they knew:
- Persia was the liberator and teacher
- Esther’s story of Jews killing 75,800 Persians is propaganda
- The book hides that Cyrus was called “Messiah”
If the faction that HONORED Zoroaster rejected Esther, that proves Esther was written to HIDE the Persian source.
The Three-Way Split Confirms It
After return from Exile:
Pharisees (Farooshiym = “Persians”):
- Accept Ahura Mazda characteristics
- Keep adversary commands in scripture
- Hide the source
- Won – became modern Judaism
Sadducees:
- Reject all Persian concepts
- Keep worshipping old violent deity
- Lost – disappeared 70 CE
Essenes:
- Fully embrace Zoroastrianism
- Call Zoroaster “Teacher of Righteousness”
- Reject propaganda (no Esther)
- Influenced Christianity, then disappeared
This split only makes sense if:
- They encountered something (Zoroastrianism) that made them choose sides
- Some accepted creator wisdom (Pharisees, Essenes)
- Some rejected it (Sadducees)
- The winners (Pharisees) then hid the source
The Pharisees’ Name Admits It
פְּרוּשִׁים (Perushim) comes from Farooshiym = “The Persians”
The faction that won and became modern Judaism was LITERALLY NAMED “THE PERSIANS.”
But everyone forgot what the name meant.
PART 9: MODERN IMPLICATIONS – THE WEAPON IS STILL ACTIVE
Why Violence Continues
2,024 years after Jesus taught “love your enemies,” people still commit violence citing scripture.
Why?
Because the adversary’s genocide commands are still in “God’s Word.”
Examples:
Modern extremists cite:
- “Destroy the Amalekites” → Justify violence against “enemies”
- “No mercy” → Justify dehumanization
- “Holy war” narratives → Justify religious violence
And they’re not “misinterpreting.”
They’re CORRECTLY reading what’s in the text.
The problem isn’t interpretation – it’s that adversary commands are packaged as divine revelation.
The Academic Cover-Up Continues
Mainstream scholarship has known for 150+ years:
- ✅ Book of Esther is admitted fiction
- ✅ Book of Daniel is 2nd century backdated propaganda
- ✅ Genocide commands are “morally abhorrent”
- ✅ These texts influenced historical atrocities
But this is:
- Published in academic journals ✓
- Taught in PhD programs ✓
- Never mentioned in churches ✗
- Never taught in religious education ✗
The suppression continues because acknowledging it would require:
- Removing genocide commands from “scripture”
- Admitting Persia corrected Israel’s theology
- Recognizing Pre-Exile Israel worshipped adversary
- Complete theological reconstruction
So scholars document but don’t name.
What’s At Stake
If people realized:
“The Bible contains commands from both the adversary (Angra Mainyu – genocide, blood sacrifice, tribal violence) and the creator (Ahura Mazda – love, mercy, truth), and the Pharisees packaged them together after learning the difference from Persian Magi”
Then:
- ✅ Religious authority collapses (built on hidden truth)
- ✅ Persia must be acknowledged (the civilization that taught the difference)
- ✅ Scripture must be re-evaluated (which commands are which side?)
- ✅ Violence can’t be justified by citing adversary commands as “God’s will”
- ✅ 2,500 years of control mechanism is exposed
This inverts everything.
PART 10: THE SOLUTION – RECOGNIZE WHICH IS WHICH
What Needs To Happen
For Judaism:
Acknowledge:
- Pre-Exile worship was of deity with adversary characteristics
- Persian Magi taught you the difference during Exile
- Pharisees were correct to adopt Ahura Mazda traits
- But wrong to hide source and keep adversary commands
- Modern Judaism should honor the Persian correction
For Christianity:
Recognize:
- Jesus taught ONLY Ahura Mazda characteristics
- He directly contradicted Old Testament adversary commands
- The Magi validated him because he taught their wisdom
- Keeping genocide commands in “scripture” enables violence
- Christianity IS Zoroastrian ethics through Hebrew-Greek expression
For Islam:
Understand:
- Quranic concepts (heaven/hell, angels, judgment, resurrection) are Zoroastrian
- This doesn’t diminish revelation – it contextualizes it
- The violent Old Testament deity had adversary characteristics
- Allah’s mercy and compassion match Ahura Mazda
- Acknowledging Persian source honors truth
For All Believers:
Stop citing adversary commands (genocide, blood sacrifice, tribal violence) as divine will.
Recognize:
- Commands to genocide children = Angra Mainyu (adversary)
- Teachings to love enemies = Ahura Mazda (creator)
- Blood sacrifice requirements = Angra Mainyu
- Mercy over sacrifice = Ahura Mazda
- Tribal exclusivity = Angra Mainyu
- Universal compassion = Ahura Mazda
- Collective punishment = Angra Mainyu
- Individual free will = Ahura Mazda
- Deception = Angra Mainyu (Druj – “the lie”)
- Truth = Ahura Mazda (Asha – “truth/cosmic order”)
The Framework Already Exists
Zoroastrianism provides the standard:
Ahura Mazda characteristics:
- Wholly benevolent
- Universal creator
- Opposes blood sacrifice
- Upholds truth (Asha)
- Individual moral choice
- Non-violent
- Creator of light
Angra Mainyu characteristics:
- Destructive
- Tribal/divisive
- Demands blood/violence
- Embodies lie (Druj)
- Collective punishment
- Chaos
- Brings darkness
Map scripture to this framework:
- Match Ahura Mazda? → Creator’s wisdom, follow it
- Match Angra Mainyu? → Adversary’s commands, reject it
It’s that simple.
CONCLUSION: The 2,500-Year Weapon
What We’ve Proven
✅ Pre-Exile Yahweh characteristics match Angra Mainyu (genocide, blood sacrifice, deception, tribal violence)
✅ Post-Exile Yahweh/Jesus characteristics match Ahura Mazda (love, mercy, truth, universal compassion)
✅ Transformation happened during Persian education (586-539 BCE with Zoroastrian Magi)
✅ Pharisees kept adversary commands in scripture while importing creator wisdom
✅ Created weapon justifying anything (cite OT for war, Jesus for peace)
✅ Historical genocides cited adversary commands (Crusades, Native American genocide, Inquisition)
✅ Scholars admit genocide commands are “morally abhorrent” but won’t name them as adversary
✅ Essenes rejected anti-Persian propaganda (zero copies of Esther at Qumran)
✅ Christianity inherited the weapon (kept OT + added Jesus)
✅ Islam inherited same structure (honors OT, can justify war or peace)
✅ Academic cover-up continues (published but not publicly taught)
The Truth
The Bible is a weapon created by packaging the adversary’s commands (Angra Mainyu) with the creator’s wisdom (Ahura Mazda), so people can cite “God’s Word” to justify anything while remaining ignorant of which side they’re actually following.
This was done intentionally by the Pharisees after learning the difference from Persian Magi, to:
- Maintain control (need priestly interpretation)
- Hide the Persian source (can’t admit we learned from Zoroastrians)
- Keep adversary commands active (enables violence when needed)
- Appear moral (can emphasize creator wisdom when convenient)
For 2,500 years, this weapon has enabled:
- Crusades (cited adversary)
- Inquisition (cited adversary)
- Slavery (cited adversary)
- Genocide (cited adversary)
- Colonization (cited adversary)
- Modern violence (citing adversary)
While billions believe they follow “God’s Word.”
The Uncomfortable Truth
When you cite 1 Samuel 15 (genocide children), you’re following Angra Mainyu.
When you cite Matthew 5 (love enemies), you’re following Ahura Mazda.
The Bible contains both. They’re opposite. They can’t both be “God.”
Persia showed Israel the difference 2,500 years ago.
It’s time humanity learned it too.
Good Thoughts. Good Words. Good Deeds.
Recognize which commands are which side.
Follow the creator. Reject the adversary.
Asha prevails.
